In the mansion project located in the "Lukomorie" cottage complex, our team was responsible for the development of decorative facade elements, paving, and landscape design of the property.

The decorative elements on the mansion’s facade, made from Portuguese light limestone, create a sense of grandeur and sophistication, emphasizing the home’s status and refinement.

In this project, we aimed to create a space that harmoniously blends with the natural surroundings and possesses a unique character.

Special attention was given to working with Jadeite stone, which was used in landscape elements such as fountains, staircases, flowerbed borders, and alleys. This rare and remarkable stone, distinguished by its unique properties and rich green color, adds depth and expressiveness to the landscape. Jadeite creates a special atmosphere of tranquility and harmony, perfectly complementing the overall concept of the project.

Working with such a rare and beautiful material as Jadeite was an inspiring experience for us, resulting in the creation of a landscape that combines elegance with natural charm. This project in "Lukomorie" truly stands out for its unique approach to using natural materials in the design of the property.
