"The Safisa Palace of Celebrations in Moscow is a freestanding building with a total area of three thousand square metres. "The client asked for a luxurious interior reminiscent of palaces in Monte Carlo or Monaco," says architect Tatiana Mironova. - Hence the classical interior with gold, mouldings, crystal chandeliers and expensive furniture. Everything starts with a buffet hall. Then everyone goes up the grand staircase leading to the restaurant. A huge crystal chandelier (3.5 metres in diameter) was hung in the centre of the hall, the dome space was painted, decorated with stucco, and the floor was laid with beautiful ornaments. The seven arched windows give extraordinary light." Salon Magazine N10/2006
